Introducing Blue Brain and the SpiderAll-in-One System: BlueSword's Next Step in Embodied Intelligence

At the 2026 Guangzhou International Logistics Exhibition, BlueSword unveiled two new products aimed at a single problem: getting logistics robots to handle more of a warehouse's variability on their own. The launch introduced Blue Brain, a general-purpose intelligence platform for logistics robots, alongside Spider 2.0, an all-in-one full-scenario robotic system.

Blue Brain: A Shared Intelligence Layer for Logistics Robots

Blue Brain is a general-purpose embodied intelligence material handling automation platform built for multiple types of logistics robots, using large-model and embodied AI technology. It runs on a dual-system architecture — a fast loop and a slow loop operating in parallel — designed to improve both response speed and motion coordination.

Its modular design allows the same intelligence layer to generalize across different hardware platforms, and its current core functions already cover three logistics scenarios: automated loading and unloading, carton storage and retrieval, and sorting and induction loading.

That generalization ability is built on data BlueSword has accumulated over more than three decades of deployments — real-world scenario data, robot body data, and equipment interaction data from its own manufacturing base. The system also includes a continuous learning mechanism, combining simulation training with real-machine training so it improves incrementally as it collects new data, with BlueSword planning to extend it toward multi-robot, swarm-level coordination over time.

Spider 2.0: One System, Multiple Scenarios

Following the original Spider case-handling robot launched in 2024, Spider 2.0 extends the concept into a full all-in-one solution capable of handling operations from warehouse zones through to production lines with a single unit. That consolidation reduces equipment handover time and lowers overall operating cost. The system is already deployed as a smart line-side warehouse logistics system at a UAV manufacturing base.

A customer using the joint solution reported that the intelligent logistics center built with BlueSword improved both storage density and inbound/outbound efficiency by roughly four times compared with a traditional warehouse — a result that reflects the broader push across Chinese manufacturing to reduce logistics costs through more adaptive automation.

Embodied intelligence is beginning to reshape how internal logistics systems are architected, and BlueSword positions Blue Brain and Spider 2.0 as an early step toward that shift — building toward warehouse operations that require less fixed configuration and more autonomous adaptation across the full workflow.
