The base features fully integrated automated production lines, including a Super Logistics Center, sheet metal fabrication workshops, and intelligent robotics assembly units. Its capabilities encompass automated welding, CNC machining, robotic assembly, ultra-high-density storage, AI-driven scheduling, and smart control systems. A standout achievement is the BlueSword BlueSword Super Logistics Center, which houses a 45-meter-high stacker crane AS/RS and a 35-meter-high shuttle storage system—setting new global benchmarks and solidifying BlueSword’s position as a pioneer in next-generation logistics technology.
Operational since 2022, this expansion enhances BlueSword’s in-house production capacity, enabling agile, large-scale support for diverse industries while ensuring rapid responsiveness to evolving client needs worldwide.

BlueSword's shuttle robots, a flagship product, are manufactured using lean principles and rhythmic assembly workflows. This pulsed production line reduces cycle times and accelerates delivery to meet growing global demand.

A 4,353 m2 prototyping facility enables pre-production testing, process optimization, and cost-efficient scaling. It identifies and resolves potential issues before mass production, shortening debugging phases by up to 30%.

Leveraging industrial automation expertise, BlueSword develops AI-driven smart agricultural tech, including:
