Spanning 200,000 m2 and strategically located near Jinan, the Innovation & Manufacturing Base is a global leader in smart manufacturing and R&D for logistics robotics. Equipped with a world-class quality management system and precision production controls, the facility drives innovation through advanced testing, prototyping, and production of cutting-edge automated solutions.

The base features fully integrated automated production lines, including a Super Logistics Center, sheet metal fabrication workshops, and intelligent robotics assembly units. Its capabilities encompass automated welding, CNC machining, robotic assembly, ultra-high-density storage, AI-driven scheduling, and smart control systems. A standout achievement is the BlueSword BlueSword Super Logistics Center, which houses a 45-meter-high stacker crane AS/RS and a 35-meter-high shuttle storage system—setting new global benchmarks and solidifying BlueSword’s position as a pioneer in next-generation logistics technology.

Operational since 2022, this expansion enhances BlueSword’s in-house production capacity, enabling agile, large-scale support for diverse industries while ensuring rapid responsiveness to evolving client needs worldwide.
