Recently, the Baiguoyuan Wuhan automatic three-dimensional library project, which was built by Lanjian Intelligent Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as BlueSword), has completed the final acceptance. As the first achievement of BlueSword in the fresh industry, this project has a high level of automation, intelligence and modernization, which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of logistics and storage operations of Baiorang.

Finally, the leaders of the inspection team agreed to pass the acceptance of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse project of Baiguoyuan Wuhan warehouse.

The project consists of a multi-threading system and a set of corresponding WMS&WCS system, equipped with shuttles, double-station box lifters, picking tables, warehousing, empty box conveying and other equipment. It can complete storage location allocation and storage location management, automatic order distribution, automatic order information return and tracking. Fine to each pallet inventory management mode to effectively achieve cost reduction and efficiency; The new selection method completes the unique label management of goods, which is convenient for later tracking; Through hardware modification, the working time of picking station is shortened, and the picking efficiency is greatly improved.

The construction work started in November 2019. Thanks to the modular design of the equipment, the installation time was greatly shortened. It only took more than two months to complete all the construction, and the single equipment met the linkage conditions. On January 20, 2020, the last group of project personnel left Wuhan, just two days after the lockdown! After several twists and turns, the project team members returned to Jinan, according to the regulations of nucleic acid detection and strict isolation, had a Spring Festival only their own.

After Wuhan lifted the ban, Blue Sword technicians entered again to debug the installed equipment, race against time and continue to optimize. After three months of trial operation, Baiguoyuan Wuhan warehouse automation system has reached the requirements of the technical agreement in terms of comprehensive efficiency and equipment availability, and the overall warehousing efficiency of the multi-wear system has reached 2300 boxes/hour.
