On July 18, BlueSword and SGS officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement at BlueSword Innovation and Manufacturing Base. Senior executives from both parties attended the signing ceremony, marking the beginning of a new phase in BlueSword’s international product certification and global development strategy.

Under the partnership, SGS will leverage its global certification network and technical expertise to support BlueSword in obtaining mandatory certifications for its intelligent logistics robots and system solutions across key international markets, including the European Union, North America, and Australia. The certification scope will cover critical components, standalone equipment, and integrated system solutions, with the objective of further enhancing product safety, stability, and compliance with international standards.

This collaboration represents an essential step toward enabling BlueSword’s products to meet global market access requirements. More importantly, it reflects the company’s long-term commitment to developing its products in line with leading international standards and building lasting trust with customers worldwide.

At the signing ceremony, Dr. Mike (Yaohua) Wu, the founder of BlueSword, emphasized that quality and innovation are fundamental to the company’s global competitiveness. He noted that BlueSword consistently treats high-quality product development as a core principle and maintains a strong focus on independent research and development. Currently, more than 80% of BlueSword’s core logistics robot components are self-developed and self-manufactured, with R&D investment accounting for 10.56% of annual revenue and continuing to increase. These efforts provide a solid foundation for product stability, adaptability, and compliance with some of the world’s most stringent technical standards.

SGS representative Mr. Mark Lohmann expressed strong recognition of BlueSword’s technical capabilities, stating,“BlueSword’s innovation capacity and commitment to quality in the field of intelligent logistics equipment are truly impressive. We look forward to supporting its products in entering global markets more efficiently and reliably through our professional certification services.”

The strategic partnership comes as BlueSword continues to accelerate its international expansion. The company has established overseas subsidiaries in the United States, Germany, and Hungary, creating localized service hubs to support global customers. Its solutions have already been deployed in advanced markets such as the United States, Canada, Germany, and Japan, as well as across mature European economies including Spain and Hungary, while rapidly expanding into emerging regions such as Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Southeast Asia—achieving operational presence across six continents.

The signing also coincides with the launch of Phase IV of BlueSword’s Super Future Factory project, focused on the construction of a dedicated robot manufacturing center. With an investment of RMB 20 million, the facility will concentrate on the production of intelligent logistics robots and embodied intelligent robots, with a planned annual capacity of 15,000 to 20,000 units. The expansion is expected to further strengthen BlueSword’s ability to serve global customers, maintain technological leadership, and support its long-term international growth.
