At present, distributed design is the latest direction in the development of conveyor lines. The innovation based on this concept can realize the whole process upgrade of the conveyor line from production, installation to operation and maintenance. Even the appearance is neater and more beautiful, and it truly achieves the coexistence of beauty and strength.
Break the whole into pieces and practice the new concept
In view of the pain points such as scattered production, complex installation, and large number of control cabinets and cables for the first generation of transmission lines, combined with practical applications, BlueSword decided to adopt a distributed design concept for the R&D and production of transmission lines.
The traditional centralized control is divided into parts in a modular form and distributed to each smallest conveying unit, making the construction of conveying lines as simple, variable and multi-choice as building blocks.
The original control unit centrally placed in the control cabinet has been replaced with a field-level small communication control unit, which is installed nearby to control the rollers on the side of the conveyor line; each group of I/O signals is installed nearby the control equipment.
Production and installation, saving time, effort and money
The traditional centralized control requires more cabinets and cables, which increases production and installation operations. After the distributed design is adopted, the number and types of on-site cable laying are greatly reduced. It is only necessary to lay a set of communication lines and a set of roller power supply lines on one side of the conveyor line, and lay a set of strong wires on the other side of the conveyor line. Yes; the number of large control cabinets, the number of bridges, etc. are also reduced accordingly. In this way, labor and time costs in the installation phase can be greatly reduced.
In addition, the single power segment realizes modular production, and the modular splicing and installation can be directly installed during the project construction. The installation is completed during the production phase, which is another major improvement to meet customer needs as quickly as possible. Operation and maintenance, simple, efficient and convenient
The entire line consists of only one set of communication control cables and one set of power supply cables for the rollers. Each set of I/O signals is installed near the control equipment, with fast real-time response and higher equipment operation efficiency.
Realize intelligent fault detection: PLC reads the module fault code, quickly finds the cause of the fault, and makes inspection and maintenance more convenient.
Distributed design can also simplify an otherwise tedious process. If you want to expand or modify the equipment, it is not necessary to significantly adjust the original equipment structure. After the adjustment of the mechanical structure is completed, the electric only needs to connect the communication line with the original main communication line, and then the rectification of the control circuit can be easily completed.
1) Remove the electrical connection part of the equipment that needs to be replaced, and it can be done by quick plugging and unplugging.
2) Remove the connection part of the device.
3) Connect the new module device.
4) Add mechanical equipment for quick electrical connection.
Tips: How to achieve fast plugging and unplugging?
The communication control cable adopts special flat cable and LP connector, which can realize the quick connection or replacement of the line by simply pulling and plugging, saying goodbye to the traditional wire labels and the trouble of finding the wires one by one.
