01 Intelligent and efficient warehouse entry and exit

The shape inspection is carried out before storage to ensure the safety of the goods and the smooth operation of the equipment to the greatest extent.

The fourth-generation IoT shuttle, independently developed the walking positioning technology of dynamic cargo space, can accurately find the exact position of each material box. This function cooperates with the dynamic cargo space management technology of the WMS system, and can accurately query the status of each commodity. The batch and location can accurately realize the first-in-first-out of goods, which is conducive to reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

02 Eclectic optimization software

The upgraded WMS&WCS supports fruit picking and sowing picking. When the order quantity is large, the planting picking is used, which saves 40% of the walking distance and labor cost. When the order quantity is small, the fruit picking is used, and the response speed of a single order is fast. The new picking method realizes the unique label management of the picked goods, which is convenient for later tracking.

03 Modify hardware according to local conditions

The efficiency of picking people is improved through hardware transformation, and the original shooting light is changed to a foot report to complete, and each picking action of the picking station can be accelerated by 1-2 seconds. Breaking the conventional design of the material box, the "U"-shaped openings are made on both sides, which is more convenient for picking and placing the single products in the box. Change the original human belt weighing, integrate the conveying and electronic scales, fast weighing, convenient and worry-free.
